A Dragon with a View: The Lighthouse Adventure
There's plenty for your child to discover and color here: the scaly dragon skin, the round wings, the lighthouse light that might just be switching on, and of course the sea with its waves all around. So there's lots of room for imagination and favorite colors.
Coloring Idea: Day or Night at the Lighthouse?
A lovely idea is to decide together beforehand whether it should be a sunny day or a quiet night at the lighthouse. By day, the sky and sea can shine in bold blue and turquoise, while the dragon can shimmer in warm red, orange, or even gold. For a nighttime scene, dark blue or purple work well for the sky, along with a few yellow stars and, of course, a bright, glowing light in the lighthouse itself.
By the way, the dragon doesn't have to be a classic green dragon. Some children like him purple with colorful spots, others prefer soft pink, or even a rainbow dragon with lots of different colors on his scales.
