Boxing Kangaroo Coloring Page

So glad you stopped by. Today we've brought along a motif for all the little sports fans and animal lovers out there: a kangaroo standing in boxing pose, fists raised and ready for the next round. Kangaroos really do box in the wild, though usually with each other rather than in an actual ring, and that same energy is captured in our coloring page.

Fists up: The boxing kangaroo coloring page

Your child can really let loose while coloring: the kangaroo's sturdy body, long ears, strong tail for balance, and of course the little boxing gloves offer plenty of space for color and imagination. Some kids color their kangaroo wild and bright, others stay close to the real-life look. Both are exactly right.

Coloring idea: A colorful boxing ring

A nice tip is to keep the kangaroo in classic sandy brown or grayish brown, just like in nature, and then choose really bold colors for the boxing gloves, such as red, blue, or yellow. That way the picture instantly pops off the page. If you like, add a few ropes or stars around it so the kangaroo looks like a true champion.

And if you're up for a little story: maybe the kangaroo is training for the big bush sports championship and needs an especially brave costume that only your child can invent. You can download the coloring page for free and print it out easily at home, ideally in A4 format, so it fits perfectly on the table and later on the fridge door too.
