Your child can really let their imagination run wild here: the long, flowing hair, the sturdy horse's coat, the delicate crown of blossoms, and even the background with a few meadow plants offer plenty of space for creativity. Some kids like it realistic, others prefer to conjure up a rainbow-colored centaur – both work wonderfully with this playful motif.
Tip: A play of colors between coat and blossoms
A nice trick is to give the horse's body a natural coat color, such as brown, beige, or a soft gray, and then go really colorful with the flower crown. Pink, yellow, purple, and a touch of turquoise make the crown look freshly picked. If you like, you can make individual blossoms shimmer gold by going over them with a glitter pen.
