Child Brings Mother a Hand-Picked Bouquet of Field Flowers Coloring Page

Dear parents, does this sound familiar? Kids come running up with sparkling eyes and a handful of crumpled wildflowers, as if they'd found the greatest treasure in the world. That's exactly the moment our coloring page captures: a child lovingly handing Mom a bouquet of hand-picked field flowers. Heartwarming, simple, and just right for little artist hands.

A Bouquet Full of Love: The Flower Child Coloring Page for Mother's Day

There's a lot to discover in the picture. There's Mom with open arms, the child with the bouquet, and of course the flowers themselves - daisies, poppies, cornflowers, and a few blades of grass peeking wildly out of the bundle. The background with its meadow and maybe a few clouds is also wonderful to fill in with color.

Coloring idea: Make the meadow glow

Cheerful colors like red, yellow, and blue work great for the flowers, while the meadow looks especially lively in different shades of green. If you like, you can give Mom's dress a soft pink or purple, matching the mood of the moment. Little details like butterflies or beetles can easily be added if there's still room on the page.

While coloring, you could also tell the little story that goes with it: how the child ran across the meadow, picked out each flower one by one, and then rushed over to Mom, bursting with excitement. Stories like these make coloring even more special. You can download the picture for free and print it out at home on A4 paper - perfect for a shared afternoon before Mother's Day or as a little surprise in between.
