A rich yellow or orange works great for the helmet, so it stays nice and visible on the construction site. You can color the bricks of the building shell in a warm reddish-brown, while the scaffolding gets its structure in cool gray or silver. The blueprint can shimmer in a light blue, just like real building plans often look. And if you like, add a few clouds or a construction site full of tools all around.
