Naptime: A Dog Sleeping in Its Dog Bed
Your child can color in the dog's fur, decorate the blanket in the bed with patterns, or draw a favorite toy next to the bed for the loyal four-legged friend. Maybe the dog is sleeping off a big adventure in the garden, or simply dreaming about its next treat. There are no limits to the imagination here.
Coloring Idea: A Home for the Sleeping Dog
Warm shades of brown, soft beige, or even a cheeky black-and-white spotted look work well for the fur, depending on your child's favorite breed. The dog bed itself can be colorful too, for example with a checkered cushion in red and blue or a striped blanket. The background can be decorated with little details, such as a water bowl or a bone lying next to the bed.
If you like, you can make up a little story while coloring: What is the dog's name, and what do you think it dreamed about before falling asleep? You can download the coloring page easily and for free, and print it out comfortably at home on A4 paper. That way, nothing stands in the way of a relaxed coloring time together, with no rush at all, just like the dog in the picture shows us.
