A fox sits on a hill beneath the full moon
There is lots for your child to discover on this coloring page: the fox's soft fur, the gently curved hill, the bright moon, and the wide night sky. Of course, the fox can be classic orange, but a silver-gray moon fox would be a real eye-catcher too. After all, surprising colors are absolutely welcome on a moonlit night.
A night in blue, orange, and a little magical sparkle
Dark blue, violet, or a soft gray look especially lovely for the sky. You can color the full moon creamy yellow, light gray, or white, and add a few little stars around it. The hill can be lush green, autumn brown, or mysteriously dark. Orange fur, a white chest, and a dark tail tip look wonderful on the fox—but perhaps today he is wearing spotted fantasy fur instead.
As they color, your child can imagine that the fox is listening for an owl's first call or searching for a lost star. Download the picture for free and print it at home, for example on A4 paper. Then all you need are colored pencils, crayons, or felt-tip pens and a cozy corner for your little moonlight coloring time.
