Gnome Climbing a Ladder to the Bookshelf Coloring Page
Dear parents, do you know this feeling too? Some books are just placed too high on the shelf. That's exactly what happens to our little gnome in this coloring page. Bravely, he climbs a wobbly ladder to reach his favorite book, perched right at the very top of the bookshelf.

The Little Bookworm Gnome on the Ladder
This motif is a little adventure all on its own. Your child can color in the gnome's funny pointed hat, design his long beard in every color imaginable, and of course bring the many book spines on the shelf to life. Every rung of the ladder and every single book offers a chance for new color ideas.
Tip: A Shelf Full of Favorite Colors
Why not color the books on the shelf like a little rainbow library? Red, blue, green, and yellow book spines side by side look wonderfully colorful. The gnome himself can shine in warm tones like red and brown, while the ladder in plain wood brown creates a lovely contrast.
Maybe you can invent a little story together: which book is the gnome searching for so eagerly? Is it a fairy tale book or a treasure map? Little stories like this make coloring even more exciting. You can of course download this coloring page completely free and print it out comfortably at home on A4 paper. Then nothing stands in the way of a cozy afternoon with crayons and an adventurous climbing gnome.
