The Little Goblin on a Big Adventure in a Nutshell
What makes this image so special is the mix of adventure and coziness. Your kids can color in the goblin's cheeky expression, his swirly hair, the tiny oars in his hands, and of course the nutshell itself with its rough, woody texture. The waves around the tiny boat also invite creative coloring.
Tip: Wave by Wave to a Finished Artwork
A nice way to start is to color the goblin first before moving on to the water. Green or brown tones suit his goblin nature well, while the cap can shine in red or blue. Warm brown shades work great for the nutshell, reminding us of real wood. For the waves, you can play with different shades of blue or even let your imagination run wild – maybe the sea is purple, who really knows with goblins.
You could also tell your kids a little story while coloring: Where is the goblin rowing to? Is he looking for treasure, a new friend, or just a quiet spot to fish? There are no limits to imagination here. You can download this coloring page for free, no fuss, and print it out at home on A4 paper. Nothing stands in the way of a cozy afternoon with crayons and an adventurous little goblin.
