A Proud Griffin and His Butterfly Friends
There's plenty to discover, from the finely drawn feathers on the wings to the delicate patterns on the butterfly wings dancing around the griffin. This gives little artists the choice between large, calm areas and playful details, whatever they feel like.
Coloring Idea: A Play of Colors Between Strength and Lightness
For the griffin, strong, warm tones work well, golden brown or sandy tones for the lion's fur, paired with a cool gray or soft beige for the eagle's wings. This creates a lovely contrast between the two animal worlds he's made of. The butterflies, on the other hand, can be really colorful, maybe in turquoise, pink, or lemon yellow, just however your child likes it best.
If you like, you can tell a little story along with it: the griffin guards a secret garden, and the butterflies bring him news from the neighborhood every day. You can download the coloring page for free and print it comfortably at home on A4 paper, then the shared coloring fun can begin.
