A mountain goat on glacier rock is waiting for color
The picture is full of lovely details that children can design however they like. The mountain goat can have light, cream-colored, or brown fur, and her curved horns can be gray, dark brown, or almost black. Between the rocks, you can spot little patches of snow, sparkling ice, and perhaps even a few hardy alpine flowers. This turns the glacier rock into a truly impressive stage for the brave climber.
Traces of color in the eternal ice
Lots of shades of gray work especially well for the rock: light gray for sunlit edges, dark gray for deep crevices, and a little brown for earthy spots. The ice can shine in light blue, turquoise, or almost white. A pale blue around the rocks makes the air feel wonderfully cool. If you like, add tall mountain peaks and a sky in soft blue in the background.
Perhaps the mountain goat is looking for a cozy place to rest, or maybe she has spotted something exciting up on the rock. What story does your picture tell? You can download this coloring page for free and print it at home on A4 paper. Then it’s time to get your pencils ready, choose your colors, and give the mountain goat a very special day at the summit.
