Pegasus and the dancing balloon
Your child can decorate the large wings with lots of colorful feathers, color the mane in curls or smooth strands, and give Pegasus an especially festive coat. Of course, the balloon can stand out too: perhaps it is sunny yellow, sky blue, or as red as an apple. There is plenty of room between Pegasus and the balloon for a little sky story of your own.
A balloon for a ride among the clouds
How about a Pegasus in soft pastel colors? Pink, purple, and light blue are perfect for a fairy-tale flight. For a braver sky knight, bold turquoise, bright orange, or a golden horn would be wonderful too. The balloon could have stripes, dots, or even a little star pattern.
