Little Princess on a Big Adventure: The Paper Boat Journey in the Fountain
What's especially lovely here is how much there is to discover. There's the princess's delicate dress with its folds and trimmings, the dainty paper boat with its tiny sail, and of course the fountain itself with its water jets and stone decorations. Your child can choose between soft and bold colors here and dive right in however they like.
Coloring Idea: Water That Comes Alive
A nice tip for this picture: the water in the fountain doesn't have to be plain blue. With light blue, turquoise, and even a few white highlights, it instantly looks much more lively and almost a little sparkly. The princess's dress can shine in pink, purple, or gold, depending on which princess your child is imagining right now.
Maybe you can invent a little story together: where might the paper boat be sailing to? To an island made of lily pads, or all the way to the other end of the fountain, where a frog is waiting? Coloring quickly turns into a little afternoon adventure this way. Simply download the picture for free and print it at home on a regular A4 sheet. Crayons, wax crayons, or watercolors are ready to go, and the princess can begin her journey.
