Full speed ahead: The running rhino from the savanna
Your child can really let loose here. The mighty horn, the sturdy legs, the little birds that might be riding along on its back, and of course the dry grass all around are just waiting to be filled with color. So there's plenty of room for imagination.
Tip: Mixing savanna colors
For the rhino itself, gray and brown tones work well, feel free to add a few lighter patches for that typical dry-season dust look. The ground can glow in warm ochre or sandy yellow, while the sky can shine in deep blue or a soft late-afternoon orange. If you like, let the grass grow in different shades of green, from fresh to dried out, that brings the picture to life.
Maybe you can come up with a little story together: Why is the rhino running so fast? Is it fleeing a thunderstorm, or just happy about the day? You can download this coloring page for free and print it comfortably at home on standard letter size, then the journey through the savanna can begin.
