An Alphorn Player in the Meadow to Color
The motif fits wonderfully into the Oktoberfest season and shows lots of little details that kids will love discovering and coloring in. The festive lederhosen, the patterned socks, the hat with the feather, and of course the impressive alphorn itself all offer plenty of chances for colorful ideas. In the background, flowers, grasses, and maybe a few little clouds are waiting to be filled with color.
Tip for vibrant costume colors
Rich brown or dark green work especially well for the lederhosen, while the shirt can shine in a cheerful white or light blue. You can color the alphorn itself in warm wooden brown, with a few lighter stripes for shine. The meadow invites all sorts of shades of green, and adding a few red or yellow flowers in between makes the picture feel even more alive.
Simply download the coloring page for free and print it out at home on A4 paper. Whether at the kitchen table after lunch or as an activity for a rainy afternoon, the alphorn player in the meadow is ready for his colorful transformation. We wish you and your kids lots of fun coloring.
