Astronaut Training in the Spaceship Gym Coloring Page
Dear parents, do you know that feeling after exercise when your legs feel like pudding? Our astronaut feels just the same, except she could float weightlessly through her spaceship if she weren't strapped in. That's because in space, muscles need to be kept happy even without gravity, and this picture shows exactly that in a wonderfully vivid way.

Fitness in Space: The Training Astronaut Coloring Page
Your child can discover an astronaut training on futuristic equipment here, surrounded by ropes, handgrips, and small portholes through which the stars twinkle. There's lots to explore: the thick spacesuit with its seams and zippers, the training equipment with its buttons and displays, and of course the view outside into the infinite black of space.
A tip for cosmic coloring
The spacesuit can stay classic white or silver, but details like zippers, patches, or hoses can be wonderfully highlighted in blue, orange, or red. For the background, a deep dark blue or black dotted with yellow star points works great, creating a real space atmosphere. You can color the training equipment in metallic tones like gray or a bold turquoise to give it a modern, technical look.
Maybe you can invent a little story together: Why is the astronaut training so hard today? Is she preparing for a spacewalk, or just for the next day on board? You can download the coloring page for free and print it comfortably at home on A4 paper, and the training with crayons can begin.
