Fire Alarm: When Things Heat Up at the Fire Station
Your child can discover so much here and bring it all to life with color: the big red fire truck, the ladder, the helmets, and of course the brave rescuers themselves. Maybe there's even a flashing light on the roof, just waiting for a bit of yellow and blue. A picture like this tells a whole story before the first crayon is even picked up.
A Little Coloring Tip: Fire Engine Red in All Shades
A strong red works especially well for the fire truck, perhaps with a few lighter highlights to show off the shiny paint. You can color the hoses in a rich gray or black, while the firefighters' uniforms can shine in bright yellow or orange, just like in real life. If you like, let your imagination run wild and color the sky in the background dramatically dark, as if an exciting rescue is happening right now.
While coloring, your child might even come up with a little story: Who set off the alarm? Is a cat being rescued from a tree, or is something really on fire? There are no limits to the imagination here. You can download the coloring page for free and easily print it at home on A4 paper, and then the fire alarm adventure with crayons can begin.
