A magical elf floats with her umbrella over a sea of flowers
Your child can really let their creativity shine here: the elf's wings are just waiting for shimmering patterns, the umbrella can be colored in every shade imaginable, and the flowers below offer plenty of room for a real burst of color. The elf's hair, her dress, and little details like dots or stripes also invite plenty of experimenting.
Coloring idea: A rainbow umbrella for the elf
How about coloring the umbrella in rainbow colors? Give each spoke a different shade, and a simple umbrella turns into a little work of art. You can hint at the wings with bright turquoise or soft pink, and add sparkling highlights with silver or gold pens if you have some on hand. For the flower meadow, strong yellow, rich red, and fresh green work especially well to really make the elf stand out.
Feel free to ask your child where they think the elf is flying to and whether she has friends among the flowers. Little stories like these make coloring even more fun. Of course, you can download this picture for free and easily print it at home on A4 paper, so nothing stands in the way of coloring fun.
