Fox Sitting on a Rock by the River Coloring Page
Dear parents, do you know that feeling when you sit by a river and just let your thoughts drift? That's exactly what our fox is doing. He's picked a cozy rock right in the middle of the water and is gazing around, totally relaxed. Maybe he's waiting for a little fish, or maybe he's just enjoying the sun on his fur.

A Fox on a Stone Throne: Coloring Page with River Scenery
The design is lovingly and calmly drawn, with soft lines in the fur, rippling water around the rock, and a few plants on the bank. Your child can really let their creativity run wild while coloring: the bushy tail, the pointy ears, the stones in the river, and of course the water itself all offer plenty of little spaces for big and small color ideas.
Coloring Tip: From Red Fox to Fantasy Fox
Classically, the fox is painted in warm red and orange tones, with a white belly and black paws. But who says a fox can't have purple spots or a turquoise tail? For the river, you can experiment with different shades of blue, darker blue for the depths, lighter tones for the sparkling spots on the surface. The rock can also be designed in an exciting way, with shades of gray, little patches of green moss, or even colorful patterns if the day calls for some fantasy.
The best part: you can download this coloring page completely free and print it out comfortably at home, for example in handy DIN A4 format. So grab the crayons, bring your child to the table, and let the little fox come to life on his rock.
