Cozy Gnome Family by the Campfire Coloring Page
What makes this picture special is that there are so many characters and details to discover. There are pointy hats in different shapes, long beards, gnarled walking sticks, and of course the dancing flames in the middle. Your child can choose freely between warm and cool colors and give each character their own personality.
Coloring Idea: Turning the Fire into a Color Play
A great trick for lively flames is to color from the inside out: start with a bright yellow in the center, then orange, and a bold red around the edges. This gives the campfire real depth and makes it almost look like it's flickering. The gnome hats are perfect for bold colors like red, blue, or green, while the forest floor comes alive with different shades of brown and mossy green.
Maybe you and your child can even come up with a little story together: What is grandpa gnome telling everyone? What's for dinner over the fire? You can download this coloring page for free and easily print it at home in A4 size. All you need then are crayons or colored pencils, a warm blanket, and the cozy gnome evening can begin.
