Journalist on a bicycle reporting around the city

There is lots for children to discover in the picture: the bicycle with its wheels and spokes, the reporter's clothes and the city in the background. Perhaps the journalist is carrying a bag with a notepad, camera or newspaper. As they color, your child can imagine what news the cycling reporter will discover next. Hopefully it is not a report about a runaway hat – that would be rather hard to catch on a bicycle!

A colorful ride through the city

The bicycle can be classic red, sunny yellow or completely wild: purple with green tires. Gray, beige or warm brown work well for the streets, while houses come to life with colorful doors, windows and roofs. The journalist could wear a blue jacket and carry a black notepad. Anyone who likes can add a light-blue sky and draw little clouds or a curious bird in the background.

You can download the picture for free and print it at home on A4 paper. Then all you need are colored pencils, crayons or felt-tip pens, and the city report can begin at the kitchen table. Perhaps your child will tell the matching story while coloring: Where is the journalist going, whom will he meet, and what big news will he bring home?
