Princess on a Sneaky Adventure: Hiding in the Maze
Your child can discover quite a few things here: the princess's splendid gown, her crown, the many hedges of the maze, and surely a few flowers or butterflies along the way too. Every corner of the picture invites its own color, with no need to rush.
Coloring Idea: A Maze Full of Colorful Paths
Here's a nice trick for this picture: every hedge in the maze can get its own shade of green, from soft light green to rich pine green. That makes the maze look much more three-dimensional and exciting right away. The princess's gown is perfect for pink, purple, or a deep blue, depending on whatever favorite color is trending right now. A few little golden dots on the crown or the hem add a touch of royal sparkle.
If you like, you can make up a little story while coloring: where is the princess hiding, and who might be looking for her right now? That brings movement into the picture and makes coloring together even more entertaining. You can download this coloring page for free and easily print it at home, best on regular A4 paper. Then all you need are some pens, a quiet minute, and the search through the maze can begin in colorful style.
