A princess takes flight: the coloring page with the hot air balloon
What makes this picture so special is the mix of fairy-tale magic and a little adventure. There's plenty to discover: the colorful balloon with its stripes and patterns, the princess's pretty dress, maybe a few birds or clouds at the edges. Plenty of space for little artist hands to really let loose.
Coloring idea: giving the balloon its own colors
A lovely approach is to color the balloon in bold, cheerful colors, while keeping the princess's dress softer and more elegant, perhaps in pink, lilac, or gentle blue. This creates a beautiful contrast between the playful sky vehicle and the royal main character. If you like, you can even come up with a little story: where is the princess flying to? Is she visiting another princess in the neighboring castle, or simply looking for a lovely spot for a picnic among the clouds?
You can download the coloring page for free and print it comfortably at home, ideally on a regular A4 sheet. Then all you need are some crayons, a quiet moment, and the journey can begin. Have lots of fun coloring together.
