Rhino Walking Through a Forest Coloring Page
Dear parents, take a look at who's daring to venture through the thicket: a sturdy rhino taking a leisurely stroll between trees and bushes. Rhinos often look like tanks on legs, but this one has an almost mischievous air about it, as if it just wants to take a quick look around the forest.

A rhino bravely strides through the forest
Your child can really let loose while coloring, because there's so much to discover. The rhino's thick, wrinkly skin invites exciting shades of gray, while the leaves, shrubs, and tree trunks around it can shimmer in every imaginable shade of green and brown. Maybe a curious bird is even peeking out from the branches.
Tip: Experiment with light and shadow
A nice trick when coloring is to give the rhino slightly lighter grays in some spots and darker ones in others. This makes its body look much more lively, almost as if sunlight were flickering through the leaves. Warm brown tones work well for the forest floor, while the treetops can glow in lush green or even autumn orange, depending on which season your child feels like right now.
If you like, you can make up a little story along the way: where might the rhino be heading? Is it looking for a pond, or just a shady spot to rest? You can download this coloring page for free and print it comfortably at home on A4 paper, and nothing will stand in the way of your forest adventure.
