Sculptor Carving a Wooden Horse in the Forest Coloring Page
So glad you stopped by. Today we have a very special coloring page for you: a sculptor working on a wooden horse right in the middle of the forest. With a chisel and hammer in hand, she carves the mane, legs, and tail out of a thick tree trunk, and you can almost feel how much patience and love goes into every cut.

The Sculptor and Her Wooden Horse
Tall trees surround the sculptor, wood shavings are scattered across the forest floor, and your child might even spot a curious bird watching from a branch. So there's plenty to discover and color in: the tools, the wood grain of the horse, the artist's clothing, and of course the whole forest around her.
Coloring Tip: Bringing Out the Wood Grain
Warm browns and beiges work especially well for the horse, along with a few darker lines that look like real wood grain. The sculptor could wear sturdy overalls in blue or green, while the forest comes alive in rich greens and earthy browns. If you like, let a few golden sunbeams shine through the leaves.
Maybe your child will even come up with a little story to go with it: where does the wooden horse come from, and where will it stand later on? You can download the coloring page for free and print it comfortably at home on A4 paper, for example for a cozy afternoon with crayons at the kitchen table.
