Wolf and Raven: An Unusual Friendship to Color
Your child can really let loose while coloring: the wolf's thick fur, the raven's shiny feathers, and maybe a few trees or leaves around them that could use some color too. There are lots of areas and details that invite careful looking and coloring, with no time pressure at all.
Tip: Play with contrasts
A nice approach is to play with contrasts. The raven can shimmer in deep black, dark blue, or even a hint of purple, while the wolf glows in warm gray, brown, or beige tones. This makes the two characters stand out nicely from each other, and your child learns along the way how colors work together. Anyone who wants to can let their imagination run wild and color the forest in the background in autumn shades, or in the middle of winter with a bit of snow.
