A brave zebra takes the plunge into the water
The scene is full of movement and leaves lots of room for imagination. Your child can color in the zebra's typical stripes, design the splashing water below, and maybe even add a few fish or stones in the river. The riverbank with grass and plants also invites colorful creativity. Every child can bring their own little adventure to the page.
Tip: Stripes are a matter of taste
Here's a nice trick for this picture: the zebra's stripes don't have to stay black and white. Some kids love reaching for blue or purple, just because it's fun to break the rules once in a while. The water can shimmer in different shades of blue, from light turquoise to deep navy, and a few white splashes make the river feel even more alive.
Picture the zebra making it to the other side, pretty soaked but proud. That's exactly the kind of little story that can grow while coloring. Just download the template for free and print it at home on a regular A4 sheet. Then all you need are crayons or watercolors, and the little river adventure can begin.
