Zebra in the Fog Early in the Morning Coloring Page
Good morning, dear parents, grandparents, and little coloring artists! This zebra in the fog early in the morning is patiently waiting to be printed out and brought to life. The peaceful scene has something mysterious about it: perhaps the zebra was the first to wake up and is listening to see whether a bird is already chirping somewhere.

A zebra in the fog early in the morning
The best part of this picture is, of course, the famous stripes. Your child can color them in classic black and white or give the zebra its very own striped style. Between the soft swirls of fog, the ground, and the distant morning sky, there is plenty of room for delicate colors. If you like, you might even discover a little story in the picture: where is the zebra heading before the sun rises properly?
Gentle morning colors for the misty savanna
Light shades of gray, blue, or purple are perfect for the fog. The sky can glow in very pale pink, yellow, or orange, as if the sun were just peeking over the horizon. The zebra itself looks wonderful with dark black, gray, or brown stripes. But colorful stripes in red, green, and blue are definitely allowed too—after all, nobody has ever asked a zebra what it likes best.
You can download this coloring page for free and easily print it at home on A4 paper. Set out a few colored pencils, perhaps some crayons too for especially soft fog, and get cozy together. As the colors go onto the paper, your child can tell you whether the zebra is trudging through the morning mist alone or about to meet its herd.
