Full speed ahead: The train conductor with the binoculars
This design is just right for little train fans who love to look closely. There's the conductor's cap to discover, the big locomotive with its wheels and rails, and of course the binoculars as an exciting detail right in the middle of the picture. The areas are nice and big and easy to color, so even the youngest kids can grab a crayon and get started.
Tip: A little train story to color
Let your child imagine what the conductor might see through her binoculars. A herd of cows in a meadow? A rainbow over the mountains? That way, coloring turns into a little story all on its own. When it comes to colors, classic choices work great: red or blue for the locomotive, gray for the rails, and a strong brown or black for the binoculars. But it's just as lovely if the locomotive suddenly has green polka dots or the sky shines purple. Anything that's fun is allowed.
