The Tree with the Swing: A Place for Dreaming and Coloring
There's plenty for your kids to discover here: the wide trunk with its rough bark, the lush treetop full of leaves, the ropes of the swing swaying back and forth, and maybe even a little bird watching curiously. Every detail invites them to create their own little world with crayons or colored pencils.
Coloring idea: Which season should it be?
A great tip for this motif: let your child decide which season the tree is in right now. Should it shine in lush green for summer, or show off warm orange and red tones for autumn? A winter tree with white snowflakes on its branches also looks wonderful and gives the picture a whole new mood.
Maybe you can invent a little story together: who's swinging here right now, and where does the swing fly off to when you swing really high? Little flights of fancy like these make coloring even more exciting. You can download this picture completely free and print it out at home on a regular A4 sheet of paper. That way, nothing stands in the way of a cozy afternoon with crayons and lots of creativity.
